Wait. The annual membership fee is $2,000?

Yes, that is the introductory price for the first 100 members for 2024. We anticipate this to increase in 2025 and beyond. The value that the community will bring is not priced into the beta year.

What is the membership fee for? Isn't it too much?

To be part of the community, the annual subscription helps support the platform's development, event management, advocacy, in-depth research, speaker engagement, and logistics.

What about events? Do I have to pay for those too?

Participation in any of our monthly events will not require any additional costs, whether those events are one of my infamous Champagne and Jollof 100-person yacht parties or a Michelin-starred restaurant dinner.

What are the membership criteria?

This is an invitation-only community. Every member must be recommended by an existing member and then undergo an informal 30-minute conversation with Jason Njoku to ensure the right cultural fit.

What are the other members like?

We have high-level executives (SVP/CEO/Directors) from Meta, Stripe, Microsoft & E&Y operating across the Middle East & Africa. You can see the forum for further details.

Does this take time?

In a word, yes. But it depends on what you are looking for in terms of outcome. At a minimum, the true value will be created by being in the room with high-quality executives with different and unique perspectives. If you haven't formed 100+ strong inter-community relationships after a year, which we will strongly encourage, then I would say the time hasn't been spent well.

What is Jason Njoku's role?

Founder. Jason will open up his network, source and host fantastic events, filtering through his extensive decades-long network to put the best people together and make them available in front of the community. He will lead all the administration around African policy and advocacy in the UAE.
